# Nerivao

> Nerivao is an iPhone and Apple Watch app by Dennis Donner that reads Apple Health data and puts recovery, sleep and stress in context. Coming soon to the App Store.

## Verified capabilities

- Recovery, sleep and stress pilot indices, each compared with the user's own baseline instead of a population average.
- "Why today" lists the signals that moved an index; a missing required input means no index, not a zero.
- Baseline: early estimate with low confidence after a few days, regular method from about 7 days.
- Sleep stages, bedtime, wake time, duration and regularity from Apple Health sleep data.
- Body view with Health metrics grouped by category and a personal normal range.
- Workouts from Apple Health; training load as session RPE × minutes in arbitrary units.
- Daily check-in (energy, muscles, sleep, stress on a 1–5 scale) and a daily journal with an optional evening reminder.
- Trends by week and month, and an Experiment Lab for descriptive comparisons of one habit and one outcome.
- Apple Watch app with a summary and an energy check-in; widgets and complications. Values there are hidden by default.
- Free for everyone: no in-app purchases and no subscription; every feature is included, also on the Apple Watch and in the widgets.
- Read-only access to Apple Health. No account and no Nerivao cloud. Data is stored on the iPhone, can be exported as JSON and deleted in the settings.
- iOS 18 or later; the app is localised into 16 languages, this website is English and German.
- App analytics and crash reports are described in the privacy policy.
